These are the roasts that we offer. We have 12 oz. bags for a suggested donation of $12 per bag plus shipping (two bag minimum), and 5 lb. bags for a suggested donation of $55 plus shipping. Ethiopian
This coffee is medium-bodied, elegant with a seductively floral aroma and distinct lemon flavor. Excellent balance with lively acidity.
Guatemalan
This medium to light-bodied coffee with refined acidity and also hints of rich, spicy, and subtle cocoa flavors.
Morning Blend
A very special blend of beans that is full-bodied and rich, slightly sharp, but never bitter.
Colombian
This coffee is characterized by well-balanced medium-bodied beans. It has the smooth rich nutty taste made famous by this region and has low acidity.
Rwandan
Smooth and seamless, with notes of molasses, dark chocolate and black tea.
Sumatran
Grown in the highlands of northern Sumatra, this bean has an earthy flavor with subtle herbal and spicy notes. Extra bold and very smooth!
